Whether you have practiced yoga regularly for years, if you are essentially a beginner (perhaps you’ve tried stretching on your own -or- you’ve taken a class or two in the past), or you’re looking for something new, I see you & I’m here to support you.
I teach to the students in the room. I remember what it’s like to not know the yoga terms and when my teacher could bend her body into a pretzel - although me and the rest of the class could hardly touch our toes. I strive to make each class accessible for yogis at any level. It takes courage to step foot on your mat. I’m honored to guide you through a yoga experience like no other.
