Flexible Minds Wellness Center is a reimagined idea of how you can (re)connect with yourself through slowing down, by educating yourself, exploring helpful and unhelpful habits, and discovering your reason to live a fruitful life.
What does it mean to be flexible?
Flexibility is often discussed from a physical aspect. I wonder if you thought about a gymnast or other athletes when you read the word flexible. Being flexible is also about our adaptability to respond to what is happening in our lives. It’s learning tricks and tools to pause & breathe, to critically think & analyze the circumstance and how to best adjust in order to move forward.
